NOTE: Beginning on September 1, 2024, Citizens Savings Bank will charge a $2.00 monthly fee to each account that receives a paper billing statement. You can avoid this fee by setting up eStatements. This means you will receive your monthly account statement(s) in electronic form.

How to Setup and Access eStatements

• For existing online banking customers, login to your online banking account(s), then click on the 'Documents' tab at the top of the page. 
• If you are a new customer who would like to access eStatements through online banking, click HERE to enroll in online banking. Once you are enrolled, follow these instructions (PDF) to setup and access your eStatements.
• For non-online banking customers: You can still receive eStatements via email. Click HERE to sign up. Once enrolled, follow these instructions (PDF) to setup and access your eStatements.
• If you have questions please visit our eStatement FAQ page, or contact a representative from our Deposit Operations Department at 1.800.692.6279, option 1, between 9am and 5pm Monday through Friday.
• Note: To view and sign up for eStatements, you’ll need Adobe Acrobat Reader Version 9 or higher on your computer. Download it now.
