A Long History of Building Strong Communities
It was back on July 17, 1902 that a group of twelve friends and neighbors with foresight met to found what’s now known as Citizens Savings Bank. The group was united by a common goal: to provide funds for homebuyers and builders, while offering a safe, profitable place for people to invest their hard-earned money. Today, Citizens Savings Bank has six branch offices located throughout Lackawanna, Wayne, and Monroe Counties.
