CSB is aware of automated phone calls asking for your 16 digit card number due to a card compromise. Citizens Savings Bank is NOT initiating these calls. We ask you to hang up if you receive an automated call claiming to be from Citizens Savings Bank.

Citizens Savings Bank will never solicit any correspondence from our customers. We are aware some customers may receive emails requesting you to 'activate' your account, etc.
Citizens Savings Bank will never issue any email of this sort.
